Ranbir Kapoor & Rishi Kapoor - Together

As soon as the Kapoor kid Ranbir Kapoor stepped into the industry, there were many producers who were keen on signing the father-son jodi Rishi and Ranbir Kapoor together on the screen, but due to some hesitations it was papa Rishi who held back and never gave the nod.

Finally, Vashu Bhagnani has managed to convince Rishi and so, we now have Ranbir Kapoor all set to star with father Rishi Kapoor in his next film. Though the details of the project have yet to be finalized, the movie is set to roll out early next year and will hit the screens by late 2009.

Vashu Bhagnani has done it which the other filmmakers could not in the recent past.

He has been able to get the darling of girls and the B-Town heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor and his father Rishi Kapoor together for a film.

Lot of film makers had been fostering the idea of casting the father and son together but no one could make it as Rishi Kapoor never gave the green signal.

However as Ranbir Kapoor has to finish off his pending films, the project will only take its first steps next year
 

So, after Deols and the Bachchans, the next would be Kapoors rocking the screens with the father-son chemistry.
