NEW DELHI: Diversified business house ITC's lifestyle, fashion brand John Players, on Friday said it has appointed Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor as its brand ambassador for its marketing initiative. 

Mr Kapoor will feature in the campaign for the company's forthcoming Spring Summer collection, John Players said in a statement. He said the company expects to strengthen its brand among the youth segment with its new initiative. 

John Players currently has over 220 exclusive stores across the country, besides being present in around 1,200 multi-brand outlets. Its offering include formals, casual and party wear. The Rs 23,000 crore ITC has interest in diverse segments like hospit ality, FMCG and retail. - PTI
