Ranbir at Simi Garewal's Show

Ranbir Kapoor was the first guest on the show . A friend of his parents Neetu and Rishi Kapoor, on his relationships, work and family life. But the conversation was stilted and lacked the youthful banter that was a big part of Johar's chat show.

On the first episode of the chat show, Ranbir, candidly spoke about his relationship and break up with his ex chick, Deepika Padukone. He also confesses that he has no grudge against her, despite the fact that she has spoken some uncomplimentary things about him, he still respects her.

“I still respect Deepika a lot. I had a beautiful relationship with her. She has some angst against me…I think it would have been more graceful of her if she had picked up the phone and speak to me about it rather than speaking on a public platform. She didn’t do that. But still I respect her. Still wish her all the best in life.”

what kind of a person would Ranbir's parents want for him? Dad Rishi Kapoor says, "We would want Ranbir to settle down with a girl who fits in well with the Kapoor family, and can imbibe our family culture." 

The Simi asks Ranbir about his equation with his parents among other things including the image that he has created of himself! He declares that he is a mamma's boy!
